AUDITING
Each received asset will be bar-coded and inventoried for reporting and control purposes. The following fields of information will be documented:
- Barcode Number (IT Assets predefined set of numbers)
- Your Asset Tag Number (Unique number to your organization.)
- Description
- Manufacturer
- Face Description
- Model Number
- Serial Number
- Date Received
- Pass/Fail/Configuration (Collected on assets with a value greater than $50.00)
