Page 22, C-1-(b): Account Executives shall maintain a client privacy privilege. At no time shall a company IT Assets, Inc. conducts business with be disclosed to any other vendor, for any reason. Failure to maintain a privacy privilege shall be considered a default for IT Assets, Inc. and must discontinue business with both vendors for a period of two (2) years.
